Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
